In this opening meditation we first experience the delicious life force energy that creates and sustains our existence.
Week 2: Transcending the Mind
Here we embark on the most incredible journey a human can take, from the head into the heart.
Week 3: Present Moment Awareness
In this meditation we experience the joy of being in and living in the present moment.
Week 4: The Healing Process
Here we learn what it takes to heal and become a whole person.
Week 5: Receiving Love
One of the keys to your awakening is opening the heart to receive (and give) love; in this meditation we allow your heart to open up.
Week 6: Surrender
In this meditation we learn to let go, to live our life's purpose and to surrender to divine will.
Week 7: Self-Love
Here we make the journey away from all self-limiting beliefs and fears and learn to dwell in the space of love for Self.
Week 8: Illumination
Here we learn not only to experience joy while meditating but to integrate this feeling into all aspects of life so we can live in this state of joy always.

THE FORMAT OF THE MINI-SERIES
- You will receive a meditation by email every week for 8 weeks.
- Each meditation is recorded so you can download to your computer or MP3 player and listen as often as you'd like.
- At the end of the 8 weeks, we will have a live, bonus meditation, followed by a Q&A session.
